Business Case

As part of TotalEnergies’s initiative to improve its operational efficiency, AAI Consulting was entrusted with the design and facilitation of a structured process transformation. The mission aimed to establish a clear understanding of the existing situation, engage all stakeholders in building a shared vision of the target process, and provide measurable indicators to ensure its long-term effectiveness.

Steps & Deliverables

Diagnostic & Audit

  • Conducted an in-depth diagnostic of the existing organization and processes, including interviews and document reviews.

  • Produced a detailed audit report, providing a clear baseline of the current situation, highlighting pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • This deliverable served as a reference point to guide the subsequent transformation.

Design workshops
