Founder & Consultant
Alison Aïssaoui is the founder of AAI Consulting and a recognized expert in Data Governance, process design, and AI implementation. She holds a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school, one of France’s top business schools.

Before founding AAI Consulting, Alison spent more than 7 years in leading consulting firms, where she successfully delivered a wide range of projects for clients across multiple industries. This experience allowed her to work on complex transformation programs, from designing digital strategies to implementing robust governance frameworks and optimizing business processes.
